Please be aware that all rules are subject to change per event, and is down to the discretion of the artists performing.

Guests attend shows at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater subject to several rules and conditions. On entry, all guests undergo a security inspection, which may include bag checks, metal detectors, and additional manual searches.

You can bring the following permitted items:

  • Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

  • Small clutch bags no larger than 6”x 9”

  • Nonprofessional cameras without detachable lenses

  • Food in a clear Ziploc bag up to 1 gallon in size

  • Water up to 1 gallon in size in a factory-sealed bottle

  • Small blankets or beach towels

  • Small umbrellas.

Bag policy

All bags, whether clear or non-clear, are inspected on entry. However, it will be easier and quicker to pass through security if you bring a clear bag. All bags must be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Any bags outside the allowed dimensions will be denied entry.

Prohibited items

The list of prohibited items at The Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater includes, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Alcohol

  • Illegal drugs and substances

  • Glass containers

  • Drinks cans

  • Non-clear bags larger than 6” x 9”

  • Clear bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

  • Laser pointers

  • Pets and animals (except service animals)

  • Fireworks

  • Drones

  • Lawn chairs

  • Any item deemed dangerous by event staff.

Cash policy

The Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater is a cashless venue. All outlets will only accept debit cards, credit cards, or mobile payment options. A cash-to-card exchange facility is available on-site for your convenience.

Camera policy

Recording devices are permitted. however no Flash photography, video recording, or removable lens devices are permitted. Unless otherwise approved by the venue.

Ticket policy

Tickets for Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater events are delivered electronically. You may receive them via mobile app or email. No physical tickets will be sent unless noted on the specific event page.

Smoking policy

In general, smoking is prohibited inside the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. No smoking, including e-cigarettes or vapes, is allowed in the reserved section. You may be able to smoke in designated areas or the general admission lawn section — please check with event staff on the day.

Child policy

Children under two years are will be allowed into the venue, free of charge. Family specials: Certain shows will be designated as a family special. This permits one child (12 yrs or under) free admission onto the festival lawn with each adult ticket holder.

Events at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater admit all ages. However, some shows may have age requirements, which will be specified on the event pages. If you are attending with a child, those aged two or younger can sit on your lap without a ticket.

Pet and service animals policy

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed at the venue. However, registered ADA service animals can accompany their owners to shows when performing their duties.

Lawn chair policy

Personal Lawn chairs are permitted, please ensure that the back of the seat is no longer than 9″ tall, from the ground up.

Most food items are allowed into the venue as long as they fit in a one gallon clear zip-loc style bag. Patrons will be asked to show the contents of the bags for safety reasons, one clear, sealed bottle of water is allowed per person.
